Not for emergencies
Rovymi does not provide emergency care. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call or text 988.
Information, not medical advice
Content on rovymi.com, including the Journal, FAQs, calculators and the Ask Rovy assistant, is general education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed clinician who knows your health history. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
No clinician-patient relationship from browsing
Using the website, the BMI calculator or Ask Rovy does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship starts only when a Clinician accepts you as a patient.
Individual results vary
Weight loss and other outcomes vary from person to person. Clinical-trial results quoted on this site come from studies of FDA-approved, brand-name medicines used with diet and activity changes, are averages, and are shown for context only. They are not a promise of your results.
GLP-1 risks
GLP-1 medicines carry a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors seen in rodents and must not be used by people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with diabetes and mood changes. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. See our Important Safety Information.
Compounded medications
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. They are not the same as, and are not generic versions of, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy®, Ozempic® or any other brand-name product. Those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only for identification.
Off-label use
A Clinician may prescribe a medicine, dose, route or combination that the FDA has not specifically approved for that use, when they judge it appropriate for you.
People in photos and videos
People shown on rovymi.com are models in illustrative scenes. They are not Rovymi patients, and their appearance does not represent treatment results.
State licensing
Clinicians are licensed in the states where they provide care. The Service is available only where it can be lawfully provided, and some states require a live visit.
