Answer a few health questions
Tell us about your weight, health history, medications and goals in a secure online questionnaire. You'll confirm your identity and your state. Some states also require a short video visit with a clinician.

Clinician review
A licensed clinician decides with you
A U.S.-licensed physician or nurse practitioner reviews everything you've shared, asks follow-up questions if needed, and decides whether GLP-1 treatment is safe and appropriate. If it isn't, you won't be prescribed medication.

Delivered
Your medication ships to your door
If you're prescribed, a state-licensed pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it free in discreet packaging, with injection supplies and clear instructions.

Every week after
Your plan keeps up with you
Message your care team anytime. Your clinician adjusts your dose at check-ins, at no extra cost, and helps you manage side effects and plan for the long term.

At your pace
Care that fits your mornings.
Everything happens online, from the questionnaire to dose changes, so treatment fits around your day instead of a clinic's hours.
Questions
About getting started.
You answer a short online health questionnaire, about 5 minutes. A U.S.-licensed physician or nurse practitioner reviews it and decides whether GLP-1 treatment is safe and appropriate for you. Some states require a brief video visit. If you're approved, a state-licensed pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to your door, and your care team stays with you through every dose change.
It's usually considered for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol or sleep apnea. Your clinician makes the final decision based on your full health history. Approval is never guaranteed.
GLP-1 medications are not for people who are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding, or who have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. They're also generally avoided with a history of pancreatitis or certain gastrointestinal conditions. Tell your clinician about every condition and medication.
